Yesterday, I purchased tickets through your platform. At the time of purchase, it was stated they would be delivered within 4 hours. However, the tickets remained pending for a long time and did not arrive on time. I was outside under the sun with my young children, waiting, and ended up having to buy tickets at the box office in order to enter. The tickets I had originally purchased only arrived about an hour later, when we were already inside. I reached out to customer service several times and was told a refund would be arranged and that I’d receive a confirmation email. I have yet to receive any proper solution or refund. I kindly but firmly request a full refund, as I was forced to buy tickets again due to the delay, and the original ones were not delivered in time. I hope this is resolved promptly. Otherwise, I will be forced to escalate the matter.

I took my daughters out of school early that day for their special first trip to Water World... and when we got there, they said we close on Wednesdays.... Oh No! My girls were very sad... Ocean Park Hong Kong's opening hours are 10 AM to 7 PM. Summit zone closes earlier than the rest of the park, usually at 6:30 PM.

Best time to visit: Hong Kong remains a popular tourist destination around the year. However, the peak season for tourism includes the period between October and December, along with the Lunar New Year in late January or early February.
