Friendly staff, great selection of food and drinks. Nice quiet space over looking runway. Clean facilities. Everything you could want or need for a few relaxing hours before your flight. Very glad we found it after a 10hr connecting flight!

My flight from Heathrow was delayed nearly 4 hours delayed and normally that should be booked as a 'no show' according to policy but they allowed me in no problem, tried to book me a shower but due to timings I didn't have time. The receptionists were extremely friendly and accommodating, the only thing I would say was that the buffet was fairly limited and some of the charging ports weren't working...

We took the 6-hour plan because we had a long transit time in Hong Kong. We arrived at Hong Kong International Airport in the morning and compared the plan with hotel day stay plans while wondering whether to enter the border, etc. We decided on this plan which allowed us to spend time in the airport and have food and drink. I was confirmed within 5 minutes of purchase, so I was able to take a shower, have a beer, and spend some time at leisure without time loss.

A wonderful experience with a beautiful airport view, delicious food, and fine wine. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, making everything seamless. The shower facilities were clean and refreshing, adding to the comfort. Perfect spot to relax before a flight! :)
