Book Peak Tram Hong Kong Tickets

O wait more than 2 hours to get my tickets with a kid, I had to but ne ticket, complainte and was not reimbursed . Before to pay nothing was indicated that you could wait more the. 2 hours to get your ELECTRONIC ticket. Bad expérience, bad feedback, bad service ! The staff at Peak Tram told us that these tickets are not recognizable in their system and thus are invalid. We had to purchase new tickets at the site. I raised this issue through the Headout Customer Service, asking for a refund, and getting their initial response took two weeks. Still didn't get a refund. Once you pay them, it is nearly impossible to get a refund, even though their tickets are fake. Please don't waste money.

Nothing. A completely scam, the ticket doesn't work and the support team just kept giving me the same ones. Later because they didn't find a solution, I request a refund and it's denied. Just a rob, I paid, I couldn't enter and I didn't get my money back.

Tickets did not come through quick enough and fine print did not clearly explain package being purchased clearly on landing page.

I bought two tickets for the Victoria Peak streetcar, but was sent the same ticket twice instead of two different tickets. Upon arrival, the QR code did not work for two people, so I was forced to buy an additional ticket to gain access. Due to this error, I believe I should be refunded for the duplicate ticket.

Cab clean and Nice , not too much people because we where early , really Nice view. Too much people at the Terrace and difficult to take a picture !

The view from the tram and from the peak was amazing! There were very long queues though for both legs of the journey, and I was very surprised at how commercialised the peak was. Still, it was overall a good experience. I bought my online ticket while waiting at the site and was surprised to see that no concessions were offered on your website. That cost me more in the long run...

Really very nice with the Crystal cabin, but there is another form of enhancement that is also advertised, which you can see in the pictures: this is a Crystal Plus. Here you only have a Crystal cabin, it is not fully glazed. You also need to be aware that, unlike in the advertising images, you won't be alone in the cabin, but will have to share it with at least four other people. Nevertheless, it's a great experience. Whether you have to have it on both routes is something everyone has to decide for themselves. I see potential for savings there. Apart from that, I would say that the Buddha is really worth seeing, but it is also quite exhausting to get to the top at 35°. I can't recommend the fishing village at all, the boat tour that is offered there for little money takes a long time. Half of it takes 20 minutes through the village itself and we didn't see any dolphins. The fishing village is not particularly attractive in my opinion, of course you can buy dried fish or small souvenirs there, but to be honest we were not convinced. You can take the public bus, but this is only available every hour. Regarding the booking itself, I was very surprised and suspicious that you don't get a QR code. You only get a booking number and you have to use it to go to the ticket office and get your tickets there. Because there are so many platforms that sell fake tickets, I wasn't quite so convinced. But in this case it worked.

Great experience, cable car views and then the Big Buddha and monastery were truly fantastic

The online ticket was difficut to understand where it went and the internet is slow so it cannot be displayed properly. Inaddition the onlile ticket cannot be snanned at the gate but you have to go to a ticket conversion line where the entrance ticket is picked up once a human verify the booking. Pretty shit system has tainted my experience never will use yours or other companies crappy systems

Nothing because we did not get access, my recommendation is to NOT BOOK with Headout because it is a scam and you don't get your tickets

Nothing. Because of the typhoon, everything was canceled and headout did not even emailed about that.

The cable car, the train, the penguins, the seals. We were not able to explore the entire park.

We booked a trip on the Hong Kong peak tram on line as we knew the queue was long. However we did not realise that Headout would take an hour to issue the tickets. As the tickets took a long time to come through we had run out of time and we had to change our plans. However, I emailed the support team at Headout and explained and asked for a full refund which to their credit they did and the full refund arrived in my bank account within 24 hours. Full marks to the Headout customer service. Thank you for being fair. Regards John

I bought ocean park tickets in Hong Kong on 30 Jul 2025 to go there the same day. Arriving there the tickets status was pending forever, I tried to send messages to support team without any answers, I could not find any phone number in Hong Kong to support. I finally bought another tickets directly in the ticket office. The second bad surprise was that the tickets from Headout were mentioned that they are 10% discount. When I paid the tickets in ocean park directly, it was exactly the same price, so the 10% discount was a false advertising. In addition, with the booking fee of Headout, the tickets price was higher than the ones I bought in the office tickets. In summary, false advertising, tickets not avalaible immediately but took several hours, really a nightmare experience and costly - I will not recommend at all to buy through Headout
