The lounge was impressive with it's cleanliness and comfort, we were treated well and nothing appeared to be too much trouble, the only downside was the exclusive lounge at the back was so cold we had to leave and move into main lounge.

With a 5 hour layover in an overall 30 hours of travel the Plaza Premium Lounge provided a much appreciated respite. The staff were welcoming and professional. The food was well prepared and very tasty. We will definitely be using the lounge during future layovers.

This was the second time I used the lounge. It was much busier this time, and the service a bit less personal. I missed more fresh fruits at the buffet. The shower was wonderful

The staff were friendly and relaxed even though it was very busy. It was also clean .
I really liked the possibility to take a shower.
