Polite helpful and attentive staff. Good choice of food and drink. Clean and comfortable a great experience. I would definitely use this facility again.

My flight from Heathrow was delayed nearly 4 hours delayed and normally that should be booked as a 'no show' according to policy but they allowed me in no problem, tried to book me a shower but due to timings I didn't have time. The receptionists were extremely friendly and accommodating, the only thing I would say was that the buffet was fairly limited and some of the charging ports weren't working...

Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 star food with a wide variety to suit every individual taste. Clean toilets and sparkling clean shower facilities.

Friendly staff, great selection of food and drinks. Nice quiet space over looking runway. Clean facilities. Everything you could want or need for a few relaxing hours before your flight. Very glad we found it after a 10hr connecting flight!
